The hotel offers decent and clean rooms, like the Jr Suite I stayed in, which had a nice and modern design. However, the old AC made my solo stay not very comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, but some politeness, especially in the mornings, would be appreciated. The location is great for nightlife and being in the Cubans bar area, but note that it sits in the center of a red-light district. The dining experience was complementary when booking through Booking. com, but menu options over 2000 pesos may seem pricey. The facilities met my needs during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were decent and clean, although a bit small, they felt cozy and tidy. The service was friendly and helpful, and the location was great for nightlife enthusiasts. However, some aspects were not as expected, like the room size and location not matching the description.
